Could someone who already has the hack tell me whether it is possible to do legit quickscopes with silent aim + nospread and fov around 2-4 ?

Yep it is possible and legit, I use Silent Aim and nospread and 11-20 in FOV and nobody complains about cheating, it looks legit.
