Just to clarify if you don't know the terms here.

xRadar=Wallhack - Just a wallhack.
xInstantHook=Aimbot. Never used one myself, yet. But the videos look very impressive.

I have never used a wallhack/aimbot/etc for any games, maybe except Warcraft 3 back in the day.

This program was very easy to use, starting it up can be a bit confusing, but for anyone half-decent with computers its like using Word Processor.

There is an in-game menu to customize the "xRadar"

The main feature is that it creates a box around your enemies and allies. Allies are green, and blue when visible. Enemies are yellow, and red when visible. You can customize the colors to your pleasure as well.

You can also choose to display information around the enemies, such as their username/weapon/distance - very useful information. At times the weapon information will tell me "Unknown" which is annoying, but 99 times out of 100 it just means they are using a kill streak item. All of the weapons are programmed into the game. You can toggle all of this information.

There is also a very useful "grenade" cheat. Which shows you on screen in orange where grenades are, very useful when enemies throw them around corners. While this is a nice feature, everything is named "Grenade" even the C4, Claymores, etc. But what else do you really need to know other than "it will go boom, you die"

Anti-Detection System ~ Absolutely flawless. I personally have been using this on my steam account for several months/weeks and not once been contacted. At worse you risk being banned from someone's private server by the admins. If the game or detection system is updated, then the cheat will not run (Or notify you it is detected, NOT undetected. I don't know which, but both satisfy me!) until x22 updates the cheat. Seems like a flawless system to me.

Overall I would rate this program at an 6/10

The -4 points are for;
~Expensive for Americans. $14/month is quite expensive for anything. >.> Because of the exchange rate, things get pricey for us.
~the less than stellar visuals on screen,
~not being able to see someone's full body in the xRadar version (Must have the xInstantHook for this feature)
~ESL Wire will detect this. ESL Wire is a "pro" anti-cheat. Which is much spyware. To my limited knowledge, ESL Wire is the Electronic Sports League's anti cheat, and is not common due to being SPYWARE. It actively monitors you're computer, which makes it pretty much impossible to bypass without being detected. Overall, ignore this unless you want to use this on the E.S.L. (Electronic Sports League) ladders/brackets/tournaments.

Well, common knowledge (at least to anyone I've spoken too) to non-hackers, Wallhack means seeing through walls. Which a radar is. Although to hackers the terms are a bit different.

But yes, to aimbotters, a wallhack means shooting through walls :P
