I am having problems making a purchase, and buy many times but now I pay by paypal, I get the mail, confirm it and gives me an error. I want to buy the xPackage

Contact PayPal and solve this issue with them or use another payment method such as Click and Buy or PaySafeCard.

How is this helpful information? He's already been charged by paypal and now you're telling him to pay again?

We don't have the funds... PayPal holds them and refunds them, so do as i said...

How is this helpful information? He's already been charged by paypal and now you're telling him to pay again?

When someone get this error, he won't be charged. So yes he can try again.

do you have some funds on your paypal account or do you pay directly from your credit card?
