Please help mw3 xRadar, xInstantHook

I´ve bought xRadar for three month, but now is want soooo much the xInstantHook, is it possible to change xRadar to one month xInstantHook, ofcourse i will pay the the missing 10 Euro (normally it costs 5 Euro more, but i can pay 10 Euro) please do it!
