Lets say I'll buy RADAR lifetime package for $33 USD or something, does that mean I can use any RADAR hack for all the game you support, or I have to pick 1 game?

also can I pay with USD and not Euros?

you only buy one radar hack for 1 game at a time ... , it's a bit more clear if you visit the buy page
