So yeah, after long enough use of my logitech g700, I deem it unusable. It is far too heavy, tried on 3 different mousepads (Razer Goliathus control, Roccat Sota, SS QcK+) and the mouse is simply way too heavy for any of them. It creates a horrible scraping noise on the sota, a sluggish feel on the qck and has ripped my goliathus to shreds. I have even tried replacement feet from CorePad (I think thats what they're called) all to no avail. So yes, I believe it is time for an upgrade.
PS: I will be using my new mouse on a QcK+, so If you have this mousepad I'd like to know which mouse your using :)

Steelseries xai/Razer Deathadder
Would I be wasting my money if I decided to buy a sensei instead of the xai? Like does it give much more of a boost compared with the xai?

Roccat is just bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad qualiy...I just cannot recommend it. I had a Kone+ and it was broken after 1 week, now I use my G5 again (Which is around 4 years old now and still working flawlessly)...I'd recommend you to get the Logitech one, their mice are always great.

Roccat have good hand form, nice and smooth, good software but crappy and noisy scrollwheel.
My Steelseries was not flat on the bottom so I got rid of it.
Love my G9x, it's good if you claw grip your mouse.

I was looking at similar mice for an upgrade. I decided to go with the Razer Ouroboros.
The product quality is dismal. There's clearly major driver issues with the mouse that render it unusable. The only thing worse than the disappointment is Razer's support. They will do a much better job of pissing you off than attempting to help.
In all my interactions with them I have not once felt like they backed their product or cared about their customers.
For a $50 mouse that's a no-no. For a $130 mouse it's absolutely unacceptable. Never mind the fact that the mouse seems to have disappeared from all retailers' inventory, even Razer's!
I myself will never touch a Razer product with a 10 foot pole, lest I have to deal with their support at any point in time.
