Paypal Verification

With purchasing, do I need to have specifically a card attached to my PayPal or can it just be verified anyway, e.g. Bank Account.

Im not sure but you cant pay directly with a bank account. You will have to put funds on your paypal account and when it's done, you will be able to pay

I have money on my PayPal account, I'm not sure if I'd be able to pay you directly to get my HWID Reset, I honestly hope I can because I have no card at the moment and if I can't get my HWID Reset then my cheats are just wasting away :(
