Then you need to contact x22, maybe he has dropped your subscription for any reason. Try to reset your HWID again register it and look again.

99% that some mistake happened, because on forum you should be a costumer.
Best way is to contact x22. And if you purchased it with credit card or something, then you need to give him transaction ID that he can check.
