Paypal payment

Hey, I tried to purchase a cheat with paypal. But paypal displayed the message:

"At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Digital Soft Code and try another option."

Then at the top, paypal tells me that I need to add a bank account to complete this purchase. Is it true, that you only can purchase this with your bank account on paypal and not your credit card on paypal?

how long do you got your paypal accout?? is it a verified account?

I recently made it, but it's verified and I've successfully made a purchase through paypal with my credit card one time before.

It was resolved by adding my bank account. Just think it's strange, that it needs to be added, when I already have one verified pay method.
