server was full (50+ players) but the most left after my action, can you pls help me getting better settings or tips to not die??

i got 200-220 fps constantly, 20-40 ping.

what can i do better?

the bots joined after the server geats cleaned up, ~30 people disconnected after i got 80:1 stats.
