Nice you decidet to buy APB xInstanthook (I wont us it to your own Account where you buyd thinks with G1Credits because GameMasters watch you playing without that you know it...) Sure you can pay with Dollars untill you use PayPal, but you need to know that PayPal accounts need to get verified first. If you pay with a prepaidcard like Paysafecard there is no problem, you just need enough money into it.
PayPal is very good but the verification stuff are "Bullshit" but they only do cause of security.
Clickandbuy is possible too.

He meant that PB isn't your issue but GMs and G1 itself which have really good monitoring tools (stats, etc). One little mistake (your shots don't miss? you just watched the wall?) and they own you.
