x22 instanthook doesnt start?

Hi Guys, i dont know if this is the right forum

long time ago (i think 3 or 4) months i bought the instanthook, i had to reinstall my windows so everything is away from my pc..

now i reinstalled css and the instandhook but i got a problem now.

if i click on the instanthook.exe nothing happens... i started the game and nothing happens too?

well what now do i have to buy it again?

Yes,if you bought like 3 months subscription and if it passed your cheat has expired.So yes you need to buy it again.
