Because the money must be on your PayPal Account.

The error message, you mind telling us what that is? Otherwise i suggest you contact the payment processor you are paying with.

We don't accept payments with a bank account from paypal because it's delayed and annoying.
What you can do, put the money on your Paypal account first, then pay after.

hmm. okay, but cant understand why direct debit (payment) (http://www.dict.cc/englisch-deutsch/direct+debit+payment.html) dont work.... it works with all other.... like ebay....
