Some questions befor buying (bad english incoming ;) )

I want to buy the "xInstantHook v2.0 for Battlefield3", but i have some questions:
1) can i somewhere see the whole menu (this i mean -> http://www.x22cheats.com/SShot/xInstantHookv2.0/BF3001.jpg) , so i can see what exactly i can setup?
2) i head something about, that the hack dont start if punkbuster gets updatet so i dont get bannd is that true?
3) if i buy the lifetime aimbot for 65€, and the xInstantHook v2.0 for Battlefield3 gets updatet do i get the update for free?
4) how long do i have to wait after my payment to use the xInstantHook v2.0 for Battlefield3?
5) if my BF3 account get bannd and i buy a new one, can i still use the xInstantHook v2.0 with the new account?
6) if i am recording my games with fraps is the movie "clean"?
7) if i am taking screenshots with fraps is the screenshot "clean"?

Actually i recorded some frags in MW3 With fraps. i could not see cheat.. :p
But the edit is shit :p
