It laggs because..
1st. My pc
2th. Fraps got the fps down to 2-3 some times

Shaky = Cod4 Bugg with Cod4Player (Remote playback with /record )

And where is the legit part? Preaiming and the aimbot is shaking.

there is no pre-fire before i can see an enemy ^^

the music sucks, the watermark is too small and that are obvious cheated frags. hell yeah, it sucks.

Not really... it's just the nospread doing that... if you disable it... you'll see that the demo is smooth.
I've been using x22 legit when I used to play in leagues and gotta say it's stealth, but never use the nospread... it gives you away...

Nice it was good. Glad to see JohnnyWalker like the music. And it was good too but it doesn't fit in, Rise Against it pretty awesome. But seriously render it in right format and fix the qualityand get your new fucking PC :P
