Hi, I bought a program for Battlefield 2 xRadar v4.0 and v4.0 xRadar Battlefield 3, but I do not have access to download it. I get an information that the account has been activated by the administrator. What should I do?

Please check if your payment was rejected. Do you got a mail regarding the payment?
