It happened on me when I use a hack of BF3 not from your website, and I have no idea why it did not work on my computer.

Actually I havent seen anyone where it didnt work yet, except for some retarded people that rejected help.

Anyways, if you cant get it work, even with the help of our support, we can talk about it
