How can I record a video?
During a party, open the console (˛) and type / record
Lower left of your screen you RECORDING, and the number of KB
To stop enrollment, open the console as before and type / stoprecord
recording stops and the video is in the Backup folder Call of Duty 4/main/demos with a type name demoXXXX.dm_1 where XXXX is a four-digit number (eg 0001).
How to view a video?
A bug of the game now makes it necessary to move the demo before you can view it.
Move the file in the folder demos players.
Open the game and then the console and type / nameofurmovie
demo.
If all goes well, you should have a preview of the name of your demo as you are in the middle of typing.
If the game found ur demo, on the map which has been touring the demo charges then you can watch ur demo.
You see exactly the same as that a record demo.

ALTERING THE PERIODS OF CONNECTION
Open * C: \ Program Files \ Activision \ Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare \ players \ profiles \ Urname \ config_mp.cfg
* Change the line seta cl_connectionAttempts "10" in seta cl_connectionAttempts "30"
The waiting time to be reduced from 10 to 30 sec. And should allow you to connect more easily
You can also open the console from the game and typing / cl_connectionattempts 30

Create a shortcut with his favorite IP
then by default my HD is C:
So the shortcut on your desktop you right click on it, you will select target properties and you must save this:
To reach your server favorites:
"C: \ Program Files \ Activision \ Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare \ iw3mp.exe" connect xx.xxx.xx.xx (IP): (PORT) xxxxx
To reach your server with your slot reserved
"C: \ Program Files \ Activision \ Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare \ iw3mp.exe" connect (IP) xx.xxx.xx.xxx: xxxxx (PORT); password (slot pass from reserve) xxx
Now you can have as many servers as shortcut enjoy ;)
