Paying Direct in USD

Hi I have figured out that you cant pay Euros with American Express and was wondering if i could pay direct in USD to get lifetime for apb instanthook. This problem has been a big inconvenience and I would be happy if I could get some help. Thanks

Not possible, get a PaySafeCard at a local store/gas station and pay using that.
