PayPal error

Hi all, I just wanted to buy the XInstantHook for CSS and I payed with paypal, but it returns an error.


A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

Return to the forum.

But the money has been taken from my PayPal account, what now?

PS My PayPal email is a different email then the one I used to register to the forum.

Contact the PayPal support, since it is a problem caused by PayPal.

Ok, found the problem, money was coming from my credit card, not from my account.
Fixed.

Try click&buy instead of Paypal
