How to fix Paypal Error 10417?

ClickandBuy takes 7 days for it to go through.
Is there a way to fix this error with Paypal? I am only talking about Paypal re-frame from talking anything about ClickandBuy

Contact the PayPal support, since it is a issue caused by them.

Transaction cannot complete.
The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.
Instruct the buyer that PayPal is unable to process the payment and redisplay alternative payment methods with which the buyer can pay.

I also had the same Problem with paypal though, but CnB worked for me, it took less than a Day for me. Can't you refund PP money and buy a Paysafecard instead? I think that would be fast too.

I FOUND THE FIX! Definitly if you get this error CALL YOUR BANK to approve the transaction. Its a security mechanism so just call your bank and tell them to approve your transaction! Well hopefully it works...I will try to order again! ><
