Connections with Google Chrome

Oi. Well, I'm here for the hacks of course. Well, I decided to buy something, and noticed that the connections are going crazy.

It was on yellow which raised suspicion towards me. Then it went to red with the slash. I got enraged and went on Opera, Secure connection but then went to yellow. And I tried using PayPal WHICH is doing that too. I don't know if it's encryption is fucked over. Help? And I want to buy the hack without any problems.
