Want to make mw3 videos, just want to know whats the best recorder and editing programs and how to set it up and edit properly.

sony vegas,after effects, photoshop cinema 4d xd

You just need sony vegas to learn how to set velocities and cut your videos. Everyone who says you need cinema 4d or after effects for the start has no idea about editing.

can i get fraps full version to record or can sony vegas do that as well

You would need fraps or some similar software like bandicam, playclaw, dxtory, mirilis action! or msi afterburner
