I just paid 7€ for the hardware ID reset, i recieved the confirmation link, but when I press the link this appears.
A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.
Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.
