earlier today tried to purchase this item. The clickandbuy website would not respond. After 3 attempts i finally got it to work only to find out that my acct has 3 pending transactions for the amount of purchase. Can you guys fix this? If not I know I can call the bank and have them deal with it but i do actually want one of those subscriptions just not 3.

I actually don't even see the payment created in our system. Please contact Click and Buy regarding it, they have the power to cancel/refund, we do not.

yeah i have sent them two msgs so far and gotten only an automated thank you response. I see other posts of people having the same issue. Maybe your head guy can contact them and see what the issue seems to be. Afterall it's supposed to be your money.

SO, you made a charge back through your bank for the click&buy payment? Click&Buy will be angry. They are pretty harsh with that

We don't have any trace of the 3 transactions on the c&b history. I guess it's only on their side for the moment.
