Would I be able to purchase a undetected CVAR unlocker?

Here not. Changing cvars it the quickest way to get detected,kicked out from the server and banned so x22 don't sell it here. There are many server that check cvars so they see easy you are changing something and you will be kicked because of that.

Even Punkbusterstreaming server are able to detect f..... changes in the CVars ... :O So donīt waste your time and try something usefull - like the xRadar ...

A few streaming configs such as Game Violations! detects CVAR changes! ;)
which causes problems for most coders so really there is no point of this...
