It is an QuickScope, a quickscope must include looking thorugh the cross hair for some mili seconds. Other wise it's not an Qs.
I think u mean an - NoScope or a -HalfScope ;)

yeah if if u just zoom a bit in but u dont look through the cross hair, than its an Halfscope but that doesnt matter at all
