A friend and me are sharing one Paypal Account.
Is it possible that i buy the COD Mw3 cheat with Paypal Account?
Cause i think a read something in the past that the Billing Adress in Paypal have
to equal the one in my x22 Forum Acc.
So is it possible? (;

Yes you can purchase it with paypal, but as you said when it asks for billing details enter the information of the paypal account. Make sure you have clarification from your friend first, or else if the payment fails your cheat access will be revoked.
