Can't open x22 page

I can't open x22 page. It's timing out.
I can open it through proxy. (Like now).

I allready tried flushing dns cache.
Firewall off.
hosts file clear.

Any ideas?

Wait until the Anti-DDoS-Company fixed their shit...They currently ban a lot of IPs.
