Where is x22 i paid but no product??

I have paid for my hacks the way the instructions said to the email via paypal.. but now there is no response to 2 PM's i sent to x22.. have i been scammed? is he away today.. how else can i get them faster??

x22 is less active during this week because of exams. He only signs on for a few hrs a day. When he reads your pm he'll activate you.
