I can't finalize my payment with the confirmation mail you send me...

This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

Do i have to restart the payment ? or have i been debited already 20€?

You wont be debited. But I asked x22 and he said that paypal rejects your bank to be used

try another card or use click and buy
Or try with paysafecard
