Are the Counter-Strike: Source cheats undetected by ESEA?

If so, are both the Radar and InstantHook undetected?

Anticheats:- Support Vac 3 (Detocs, Kac, zBlock, etc...).
- Support X-Ray.
- Support EasyAntiCheat 3 (Vista/Seven only).
- Support Libra 3.
- Anti-Leak protection.

The etc. part refers to VAC 3 addon anti-cheats, that is why it is within the parentheses.
