That is not possible. The prediction system for BF3 cannot be 100% accurate due to the game engine and the physics it uses. Personally i would say we are in the 90% accurate range, in which case 1 out of 3 or 4 of your bullets will hit (depending on gun). Don't expect to do no scope headshots with sniper rifle from 800+ meters away.
