Username incorrect

Hey guys, need help plz

I tried to contact someone at the Chat, but nobody answered.
My problem is:

i bought the hack 1 or 2 weeks ago, it worked perfectly
But now when i try to login, it says "Error, Username incorrect"
but i didnt change my password, because it was saved?

Can u help me plz?

You dont have a subscription. It ran out. So obviously you cant use the cheat
