I want to buy the CoD 4 xRadar and here comes my question:

- is that possible that I pay for 3 month subscription with paysafecard and amount of 60PLN ?

The amount of 60.00 Polish zloty (PLN) reflects the current 14.12 Euro (EUR) rate.

Yes, but than I need to buy another card for 20PLN (There are only 20, 50 and 100 [PLN] cards)
So is there a possibility that I get the discount for 88 Cents ? :S

Our system is automatic, there is no way we can give you a discount. You will have to get the 20 PLN from the sounds of it.
