HWID Change Error

Hi.

I purchased HWID Change earlier today and when i click on the link i got in my email it says
A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

I contacted paypal and they said they couldn't see anything that had went wrong.

But they reject the payment. We cant change it
