I got an error

Hi there, i will try to explain to you my problem. Yesterday i have purchased x22 radar hack for css with paypal, but when i paid for it, I hasn't knew how to use it so i cancelled my order. Now i know how to use it and i have purchased again but i got this message :

A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

I think that is because i got not enough money on my bank i have only 29€ and maybe i have to wait to be refunded. How many days i will wait do you think ? Sorry for my english and good job to try to translate me lol. Have a nice day

Contact your bank that they allow that payment or use another payment method.
