payed but no permission to load the client

I have ordered the cheat xRadar v4.0 a couple of days ago.
The payment was already carried out.(the money was already debited on 02.04.12)
Why cant load the cheat yet / dont have any right to load.

Im sorry to tell you, but this takes 7 days (without saturday and sunday).

yea i used a bank acc with click&buy.
but the money was already debited on 02.04.12....
so ok .i wait one more couple of days.
otherwise report me once again ;)
