I didn't had any FPS drops with the xRadar, but it is normal that you can lose around 5-10 FPS.

It depends on your internet, and how many players are in the server, if <15 you probably won't get any drops, but if you have more than 45+ you'll probably get 5-10 fps drops or even more depending, like Amdu says.
