a bit to bright for my taste otherwise its ok

First, the Render is pretty messi. And the BG too, this is way too much contrast and too much light. The Font is too not incorporated in your BG.

Sorry, not so good.

Yeah the Render is pretty messi, right.
But the thing with the Contrast / Light... look at the Right hand there is an light beam that should make something like an light explosion.

That explosion is too bright, hurts my eyes^^
