Okay so I put $20.00 USD on my Debit card and Eveytime I Purchase it, and check my email it says this


A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.
Additional: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

I need help

Paypal rejects the money. We cant do much about it. You can try again or try click&buy instead

Contact your bank and tell them that they should authorise the payment. If you don't want to do that, use another payment method.

I just bought $5.00 of steam funds and it worked fine...

If you got this working could you please tell me what you did to get it working? I can't do click and buy because it asks for a beginning date, which isn't on my card.

I got someone else to buy it for me lol i guess that debit card would not agree with x22 LOL..
