problems whit HWID reset

I had been paid on the 8th december for a reset, and today I bought a hack, and it is that I must do a reset hmm, I'm a little desperate, the computer is still the same as that on 8 December. I hope I do not pay more for the reset. I had just the money to buy for the hack :-(
