I have got a big problem :(
i´m not able to log in in my account.
If i want to, there comes a message which says: username incorrect
But its correct because i´m able to log in on this page with the same name and password.
Pls help me

change password, wait 1 hour, try again, but you aren't a customer so you most likely can't login into the xclient anyway

I bought 2 hacks.
so it´s like getting joked

your rank is customer now. next time show some more patience.

the server wasn't updated yet but now you are showing as a customer, wait like 30 mins and try again to login (i takes up to 1 hour max to sync the db's)
