I'm trying to buy a new "cheat. But the following error appears:

The problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have Happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction can not complete.
Additional: The transaction can not complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

This is a problem with the site?
I tried to make the purchase with two different cards and appears the same error.

I used two different credit cards.

I'm from Brazil, x22 is blocking payments from here? : (

I'm sure about. You can google that error code and no, we don't block payments from Brazil.
