IM HAING PROBLEMS USING MY PAYPAL CAN SOMEONE HELP ME HERE IS THER ERROR I GET WHEN I TRY TO BUY VIP
A problem occured, the transaction could not be completed!
This may have happened due to a temporary connection problem.

Severity: Error
Error code: 10417
Reason: Transaction cannot complete.

Contact your bank, they should authorize the payment. If that doesn't work, use another payment method.

Or if he wants to use his CC, he should check click&buy. They accept more CCs

i think x22 pay pal is not working my friend tried to get vip he gets the same error

another question.... if i order with PaySafeCard now, will it stack with my click and buy or will it only refresh then?

PayPal is working fine. It's your bank, credit card company or PayPal that is stopping the transaction. Possibly because we are a European company and one of those think it's odd for you to buy products off shore. Regardless do as JohnnyWalker said and contact them to authorize it, or do as Soulstar said and use Click and Buy which is more friendly with credit/debit cards.

P.S Do not Use PaySafeCard, since i noticed you are from the US, PaySafeCard doesn't allow us to accept US PaySafeCards.
