better get a game later, than getting a game without blood and gore.
Like TF2 Left for Dead and many many other Games. All other games are easy to patch, but you can't play online with a patched Steam Game. So you have to buy an expensive import.

the bad thing is that u cant patch left 4 dead :D btw left 4 dead 2 will be awesome.. but i wont buy it in germany ;)
