Customers means "Käufer". :)
Speak, if you purchase (buy -> kaufen) a private x22-Cheat, you get access to German-Forum and other sections, where you can download (exp.) the cheat :)

Any other question (Auch deutsche Fragen :D ?), then PM me (schreib mich an).
