The funds are not even taken if you don't click the confirmation email... Contact PayPal and your Bank/Credit card company, the issue is on their end.

I already told you what to do... Contact PayPal and your Bank/Credit Card company. There is nothing we can do.

If you want, you can try the Creditcard on click&buy. They accept more stuff than paypal.
