What payment you used to buy a new subscription ?
If you used Paypal you have to log in into you email account @hotmail,@yahoo.com/co.uk etc..
And you should have a email there.Click on it and then your payment "can succeed "!!

Let me explain, I bought it last month for 3 months. I verfiied it last month, And I used paypal, I received A link to accept the payment and I clicked it. Then I used for a month without any problem until today. This morning, I opened Xclient but I haven't loged in
