So, I went out today and bought a $100 PrePaid MasterCard to buy x22's Light Package with. Unfortunately, it costs $117 CAD, and I only have $7 in my PayPal (not including the card).
I really want to buy it, but I have no means of obtaining the other $10. Is it possible for someone to donate $10 to me, or give me $10 and I'll pay them back later?
Please post in the thread if you are willing =)

What do you mean? I can get $10 later and pay you back, but I can't get it now.
